Had a late checkin and a late check out but the staff was very very friendly and very helpful. felt very welcomed when i was there. stayed for 1 week and it felt like home. Great location, 5 mins away from The Curve and Ikea. There is a 24HR convenient shop at the lobby and a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

The room is as provided in the picture. It has great view of the mountain and the surrounding buildings. The lift is fast, I have to wait but its okay for me. The aircon and the water pressure is really great. The outside of the hotel dont really look pleasant but the room provided to us was excellent. I would stay here again next time.

The bed is very verrry comfy, very quiet place. Bathroom is clean, got Hair dryer and fridge. Room is 9/10 clean. Got KK Mart to buy quick food. Got mamak walking distance. Got starbucks. I was a solo female, and I felt safe during my stay eventhou i came back around 1.30am after company dinner event.

Spacious & Clean Room. Bed is reasonably comfy and the WiFi connection was good. Aircon was cold and there was warm water for shower. Price paid was also reasonable. There is Starbucks and a lot of food options in the Heritage Lane. ATM as well which makes it convenient. Was also easy to call a Grab.

Room is clean and spacious. lighting is easily control from the bed panel. Ample power point for notebook/mobile phone. Direct access to room from basement parking lot from the elevators.

Fast check-in, large room and large comfy bed. Parking is RM 3 for the night on WEEKEND, I believe the rate is different during week days.

Well greeted and serviced by the front desk staff Atiqah. She shared useful infos to go around our first time stay. Room was decent and rather spacious. Pleasant stay overall!
